How long before I receive my wine?
We understand that this is the most crucial question when ordering. Here is how our process works: We have partnered with a few companies to provide temperature controlled trucking. It will save the wine from the heat in the summer and the cold in the winter. All of the MyWineDeal orders are processed on Monday Afternoon at 3pm PST. They will leave on the trucks by Thursday. They will make their way to one of the 5 strategic warehouses we have across the country usually by the following Monday or Tuesday. Finally, the wines will be picked up by FedEx or UPS for delivery within 1-3 business days. For example, if a wine is ordered on a Thursday, it will be processed on the following Monday and arrive the following week. We are working hard to make sure your wine arrives the safest way possible.
Can I use a faster shipping method?
Yes, we offer 3-day air service.
Is it too hot or too cold to ship my wine?
Our temperature controlled trucking services should deter these conditions from ever being a problem. However, extreme weather conditions may hinder your delivery of wine if they slow down our trucks. We work hard to provide you with the best quality wine. We will inform you if there is any delay in the delivery process.
Do I have to sign for my package?
All packages will require a signature from an adult upon delivery. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from this website. We recommend that you provide a business shipping address for best delivery service. WARNING: Any additional notes for leaving the package will be ignored by the shipping company. You can have a different shipping and billing address.
Should I ship this to my home or work address?
We recommend you ship to a work address whenever possible since someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the shipment. You are able to bill and ship to different addresses, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Can I insure my shipment?
All shipments are automatically insured on our end, but please contact us immediately if you have any issues with your shipment.
What if my shipment is defective or broken?
If there is any problem with your wine, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. If you believe the bottle is bad, please put the cork back into the wine and inform us as soon as possible. We will not take back any empty bottles. We understand that a bad bottle of wine is possible in hundreds of cases. If a bottle was broken upon delivery, we will file a claim with our shipping company and refund your card or ship you another bottle.
Can I check the status of my order?

Yes. You can update your account information at any point. We will try to contact you if we ever receive an expired or bad card number.

How do I cancel my order?

What do I do if my product is damaged?
We go to great measures to ensure your wine arrives undamaged. If it arrives damaged, please CONACT US immediately. To help the process, please take a picture so we can file a claim and refund your card. Also, it will help us avoid a similar incident in the future.
